Ellen Foundries is a 25-year-old company located in the industrial hub of Coimbatore in South India. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified by TüV Austria, demonstrating our commitment to quality and excellence. Our end-to-end solutions encompass the entire casting process, from tooling development to machined, surface treated, and application-ready castings.

Infrastructure
We're excited to announce that in 2025, we will be upgrading our infrastructure to better serve you! Our enhancements include the addition of a new Flasked Moulding Line, an extra crucible for our Induction Furnace, and an Automatic 4-5 Axis Grinding Machine. These additions will complement our existing Flaskless Moulding Line and Dual Track Furnace, significantly expanding our product range and improving our manufacturing capabilities. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and enhance our services!
Green Initiatives
Our foundry proudly sources 40% of its energy from wind. With over 20 years of using wind energy, we are dedicated to sustainable practices.
We use 20% of Solar power for our energy needs and aim to increase this to 40% in two years. This is our commitment to a sustainable and a greener future.
We planted 1,700 trees in the last two years at our foundry, along with 200 mature coconut trees. These efforts support a vibrant ecosystem for community!
We're proud to be powered by 60% Renewable Energy and we're on track to boost that to 80% in the next two years.
